What is a Prosthodontist?
A true specialist in cosmetic, esthetic and reconstructive dental procedures.
Prosthodontists are dental specialists in the restoration and replacement of teeth. After completing four years of dental school, Prosthodontists receive three years of specialized training in an American Dental Association (ADA) accredited graduate education program. During these three years Prosthodontists must master the art of Veneers and Esthetic Procedures, Dentures, Crowns, and Implants Restorations. Prosthodontists are the elite restorative Dentists and are educationally more advanced than cosmetic dentist. Prosthodontics is one of the eight dental specialties recognized by the ADA. Rigorous training and experience provide Prosthodontists with the special understanding of the dynamics of the smile, the preservation of a healthy mouth, and the creation of tooth replacements. After a consultation we will customize a plan of action according to your dental needs and concerns. We will collaborate with other specialist and or general dentists to ensure you receive the highest quality care.
