Prosthodontist not only differ from cosmetic dentist by education and training, PROSTHODONTIST are the only specialist recognized by the American Dental Association as specialists in the restoration of teeth, cosmetic dentist are not. Secondly any dentist can claim to be a cosmetic dentist. In order to claim to be a Prosthodontist a dentist must prove that the have completed the advanced training required by the American Dental Association. |
